Today the Ministers in Action came to Allendale-Fairfax High School to talk with students and Superintendent Dr. Cave. With each visit, they are building bonds and strengthening relationships with our scholars.

Our middle and high school students got to enjoy an E-sports gaming lab experience thanks to Blaze Fire Games. Our students were excited about the game truck, and we look forward to providing them with similar opportunities in the future!

Parents and Guardians, for clarification our students will be in school during the Solar Eclipse. Our teachers have coordinated learning activities in honor of this celestial event. If a teacher chooses to take their class outside for the eclipse, appropriate safety glasses will be distributed. We will continue to extend learning opportunities of the highest quality while ensuring our students are safe at all times.

We want to acknowledge our Assistant Principals Anderson, Brandyburg, and Rogers during National Assistant Principal Week! AFHS wouldn't be the same without you!

Congratulations to Mr. Coby Brandyburg for earning the title of Coach of the Year for Region 7A! This is an honor well deserved as Coach Brandyburg is an amazing coach both on and off the court.

The game was funny, yet intense. After going into overtime, the teachers ultimately prevailed and won 22-20.
